Cancellation Policy and Pricing

Client-Initiated Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your project, you must notify us in writing via email or our contact form.

• Before project commencement:
  A full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable consultation or administrative fees.
• After the project has started:
  All payments made are non-refundable, as work, time, and resources have already been invested.
• Mid-project cancellation:
  You will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining unpaid work will not be required.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

• Required information or content is not provided within a reasonable timeframe
• Payments are delayed or not made according to the agreement
• There is a violation of our terms or unprofessional communication

In such cases, the client will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Completed Work

Once a project phase or milestone is completed and approved, it is non-refundable.

Ongoing Services

For maintenance or subscription-based services, cancellations can be made at any time. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.
